Information we collect

When you submit the project form, we collect the details you provide, including contact information and project requirements. Our privacy-first visitor monitor records page, time, referral domain, device category and a salted one-way visitor identifier; it does not store raw IP addresses or use advertising cookies.

How we use information

We use enquiry data to respond, scope services and maintain internal records. Requirements may be delivered to the authorised ORRO team through a private Telegram bot.

Choices and retention

You can turn visitor metrics off using the footer control. Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed for business follow-up, legal obligations and security.
