Delete a new RetroCore account

If you created an email-and-password account in the rebuilt RetroCore app, you can delete it here.

Older app accounts: Orro Group currently cannot access the previous account and hosting systems. This new service cannot delete or migrate records held there. You can contact support to record a request, but deletion from those systems cannot currently be confirmed. Creating or deleting a new account does not delete your older account.




Your sign-in is checked with Google Firebase. Your password is not stored by this website.

Successful self-service account deletion removes your new Firebase sign-in and the cloud-save files stored for it. Data-only deletion removes those files and keeps your sign-in. No additional copies of those player files are kept by this deletion service.

Google states that Firebase Authentication retains logged IP addresses for a few weeks and completes removal of authentication data from live and backup systems within 180 days after deletion is initiated. See Firebase’s retention details. Hosting-provider backups and security logs have separate retention settings; contact support for those details. They are not erased through this self-service action.

How to send a support request

  1. Email with the subject RetroCore account and data deletion request.
  2. Send from your RetroCore sign-in email where possible, or include your player ID so we can identify the account. Tell us whether to delete the whole account or only specified data.
  3. Support will check account ownership and explain whether the requested records can be accessed. Old-system deletion is currently unavailable. Never send your password, verification codes or payment card details.

What your request covers

A full account deletion request covers your RetroCore account profile and associated personal data held by Orro Group, including linked cloud saves and identifiable gameplay records where present. Deletion may remove access to that saved progress. For a data-only request, name the records you want removed.

If any records must be retained, support will explain the specific records, reason and retention period when responding to your request.

Data on your phone and Google services

Local saves and control settings are stored on your device. You can remove them through Android Settings → Apps → RetroCore Classic Game → Storage → Clear storage. This erases local progress and settings; it does not submit a cloud-account deletion request.

Your Google account remains separate. To manage data held by Google Play Games, use its settings or Google’s Play Games data deletion instructions.
